Bad investment coupled with *****.

wouldn't advice anyone to buy a house through this development, previously known as Werner stand development (check reviews)... Buying/building house with the assistance of this developer it's like buying a second hand car or signing a deal with the devil, EVERYTHING IS NOT WHAT IS SEEMS... BEWARE AND DO YOUR RESEARCH THOROUGHLY!!!...I regret knocking on their door, everything is just a mess, there is ALWAYS & I MEAN ALWAYS SOMETHING TO FIX, an RDP house is 80% better than the dream I've been sold
