********** - Very dissapointing

I ordered an item on 25 October, received confirmation of my order. Then I queried it and received a response stating,"This is taking longer than expected. Please let me check with the courier and get back to you ASAP. I have subsequently sent 3 more emails & have not received a response. Very disappointing.
