Transport **** alert

This owner of this company is a croock. We used his services for AfrikaBurn. We hired 2 shuttles and 2 trailors. The communication was good and smooth when we first spoke and did the paynent.

Day before we left the guy texted me to say the big trailor had an issue and went for repairs which was a setback for our group but we were still fine. Until we saw the trailer being used by another group to the festival. So that was a lie but let it be. The van was so dirty after we waited 2 hours for them saying they were cleaning them.

On our return, we waited for almost 5 hours for the driver but we gave pick up time on our emails prior. Worst part now is that they come with one shuttle instead of two and we had to leave some of our things at the desert and we had to ask favors from other people to bring them back to Cape Town.

When we communicate with the driver he tells us that he was clever than us and gave us a 22 seater which is bigger and he could have charged me more for that. He didn't see anything wrong in what he did and was busy shouting at me when I confronted him and wanted a refund. On top of that his rude driver Steven was busy on the lookout desperate to give people lift on a service we paid for and was making extra cash at our cost. I must say this is the worst service I've ever experienced. I don't know if the owner is ***ist or ****** but one of the two cahse the aay he spoke to ne and my white friend was very different. We still waiting for our refund that he promised to him and never saud anything after.

I'm gonna take this further cause I'm not the only one who experienced this bad service. Think before usimg this service.
