Jem Paving / Gem paving aint no gem

Jem paving ( Gem Paving) did paving around my pool in 2014 , the paving was never done right and i have been nagging and calling them to come fix the grout but it seems like they say they offer a ten year guarantee but they don't live up to it. I have called the cell phone numbers and i get told they will come but nothing. ********** / **********
