www.jellycat-southafrica.co.za NOT Legitimate.
This is not an official JELLYCAT website, despite it looking very legitimate. Got caught with an order to the value of a few thousand ZAR - there is not contact phone number listed on the website. "***" finally rep**** to my follow-up queries re missing expedited parcel a month after placing order. Rep**** that it had been delivered & suggested I check with neighbours. Tracking number via TRACK718 showed DELIVERY SUCCESSFULL. I eventually went to local post office & they assisted me despite not having a relevant SA tracking number. I received a ring posted from O'ZBEKISTON POCHTASI posted from Xalqaro Pochtamt, TASHKEN. Nothing SA Jellycat about this website - beware.
