Poor Service

Very unprofessional, I bought a sneaker for my daughter in December and it was a wrong size I am still sitting at home with the sneaker and I was told that they will have stock beginning of February. It is now the 21 of the month and I haven't received any calls from you. I've been to the waterfront store more than 5 time!!
