no stock on special advertised

You advertise your black friday specials promised your customers that they will get anything there but you failed to deliver adidas flux size 1uk was on special but you didnt have stock,i went to your shop mall of the south thursday as you posted on facebook that the special started on the 23rd but i only found size 13 and i called the head office enquiring the lady we spoke to Rene promised that on the 24th the will be sizes we must get the early in the morning but the was still no size 1uk on the Adidas flux, i even sent your a message on facebook on thursdae but you didn't have a decency to rectify your mistake instead you apologised but i believe if you care about your customers you could have done something as it was still thursdae because your special enda on the 26th but it shows you don't care about your customers
