Jelly Planet (Mall of the South)

<p>I bought a Jordan 2 piece (grey) from Jelly PlanetMall of the South, to my surpise when i got home only the vest was there and not the cap, I didn't know that it actually comes with the hat until i saw the tag.</p> <p>The follow day (07/02/2017) I called them and spoke to a woman by the name of Lebo who advised that she was the manager and told her, she said that they dont have any stock left of what I bought but she will contact the other stores to find out if they don't have the same 2 piece in order to change it and I can fecthed it the following day today (08/02/2017)</p> <p> </p> <p>She now calls me saying that there is no stcok available I should change it for onther colour, I told her that I bought the specific 2 piece with the sneakers as my son has to wear it next week for his birthday and thats the colour he is supposed to wear therefore I took it not knowing that it comes with the hat.</p> <p> </p> <p>She got very frustrated with me and said she can't do anything about I should just return it, its not her problem, I again told that it is not possible as I have been looking all over for it and finally found what i was looking for I cannot change it she can intern give me something else for the hat that was not there.</p> <p> </p> <p>She was very rude with me and said that she won't do, She than said she will contact head office to find out what she need to do I asked her the contact number for head office and told her I will hold for the number she than decides to drop the phone on me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very frustrated in the way she handled the situation and that I have paid for the item and she was not willing to help me at all</p>
