Poor Service

I ordered an item from and the promised delivery date was 30 September 2022 and also to send regular updates on the parcel. I have never received any updated from you on the status of the delivery. You courier partner after the 30 September, changed the date to 03 October and changed again to 04 October. Will you kindly advise when I can expect delivery.

Thank you for your mail and review. We are terribly sorry about this treatment of you by our 3rd party logistics provider. They didn't keep us in the loop either and are not living up to our service level agreements. Krissy and Janine in our office is busy sorting this out and you will be our top priority this morning until it is sorted.
