Phenomenal service

I have been needing a new purse for a while now and I am just not winning with over-priced, poor quality products I've tried. I am an emergency nurse and therefore not very keen to go out shopping during lockdown, so most of my shopping is done online. By chance, I came across the Jekyll & Hide website and I was spoilt for choice. So spoilt that I changed my mind 3 times!! Any other company would've probably not allowed it, but this company was so helpful and their aim is clearly to make their customers happy. From Tavia, who I first spoke to, to Krissy and Renate, everyone has been very helpful and amazingly upbeat during these depressing times. The range of products on the website is the best I've seen (and I have really searched thoroughly!) and I look forward to receiving my purchase.
