Jonathan Horne aka JEH Projects aka Con-artist supreme

Needed a new roof, R70 300.00 deposit for roofing material paid to JEH Projects aka Jonathan Horne in August 2021. Now 10 months down the line, its dawned on me that this slippery con-artist/********* has no intention of paying it back nor doing the roofing job. The saddest thing about this case is that the police don't arrest him to prevent other people being ****med, even though he is clearly breaking his probation conditions after his early release from prison due to the Covid scare. Apparently, the Police don't pursue cases unless the value of the ***** is in the millions, forgetting that collectively, Horne's victims will in time, run into the millions!
