Unacceptable after sales

I have a Jeffo security gate at my apartment, they recently broke into the apartment and broke the gate and made out with alot of my valuables. I called Jefo, had someone come through to assess the damage and give me a quote. Even after paying for the fixing they have a turn around time of +5 days. That is totally unacceptable considering that your place just got broken into and now you have to wait for over 5 days to get it fixed. The after sales service is terrible I must admit only reason I am still keeping the gate is because it was a cheaper option with my budget. Even the gate got easily broken into with probably a pliers and rope.

Totally dissatisfied.
