My bad experience with Jefo Trellis

We got Jefo Trellis do install trellis for us on some houses. To our disappointment they have broken a few walls badly and never even had the decency to inform us and just left and we had to pay the balance. We only noticed the damage behind the curtains a few days later. They promised to pay for the repairs (as it was really bad) and since then (months ago now) I have emailed them a lot of times and also spoken to Annelise telephonically who promised that they will be paying us. The excuse was that the boss was out of town. After phoning Annelise again today, she bluntly told me the company is in process of closing down and that they 'will be paying the money after all assets have been sold. I know that we will never get our money due to us, and told her that they handled the whole thing very unprofessionally as no one ever bother to get back to a client. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Their emails is apparently not working anymore. Be on the lookout as they might try and work under a different name!!
