Shocking service.

Took my Vespa to Jeff’s Bikes for standard tyre change. Staff damaged both my rims beyond repair due to faulty machinery and inexperience. Owner was away on holiday. Upon his return I expected some kind of responsibility to be taken. Instead I was blamed for having an old bike and was still expected to pay in full for the tyre?? What kind?
