Terrible service

Terrible service experienced from this company over the last two days. I had made arrangements with the owner to collect a part this morning, only to arrive to be told the part was not ready and had to be sent away for an hour. I was told to come back at 2pm, after arriving promptly i sat waiting for 30 minutes whilst the owner arrived back at his office at 2:30. This time my part was ready, however the tyre sensor had been broken whilst removing it off another vehicle and simply glued back together. Not only is this ********* to try sell me a defective part, its dangerous. When i pointed this out to the owner, him and his female partner started screaming at me. Long story short, really poor show, i like to support small independent specialist. But will never go back to this shop again.
