jeep polokwane service = bad

<p>we had a power steering wheel problems on sunday, polokwane technicians we not available on their cell phone, so we were not helped as a result.</p> <p>road assistant agent(zinhle ) booked a service for monday, i called polokwane mecurius, the lady called leaney was rude , she is telling me that they cant promise to attend to it today. i explain to her that i was promised by the workshop manager that when the car arrives, they will look at the car. she hangs the phone while i was explaining. </p>
