Complain

I ordered a Aircon part from Jeep New Vaal South at The Glen Johannesburg on the 3rd of December 2018 and I pay them a 50 percent deposit of R3325.00 as requested and I was told my Jeep Aircon part will be available on the 21st of December 2018 I tried to contact them on that day they promise to contact me and notify me if the part is available or not but I was never contacted. I am so angry because I want to use the car but I can’t because of the heat and they do bored to contact me or anything bad service
