Bad Packaging caused Alternator to be damaged.

I bought a second hand Alternator from Jeep Zone at 25B Halt Rd, Riverton Elsiesriver, Cape Town. I paid R3000 for the Alternator and R250 courier cost. Eunice used the South African Speed Services Courier company. I collected the parcel on 06/07/2015 from the post office. The heavy Alternator was wrapped in thin black Plastic bags that was clearly damaged on the sharp ends of the wrapping. I opened the parcel to find that the female plug was damaged and the pulley is not functioning properly. It was locked in both rotational directions where as it should only be locked in the clock wise direction. I immediately sent Eunice messages on whattsapp and her response was that it is not their alternator and the damage caused by the courier is not their problem. I have all photos and communication with them. Their attitude is simply go to hell.
