Worst Customer Service Ever

The warrior race is one of the most inviting things to do. But low and behold that you have a query or you struggle to understand / do something. Leanne has the worst attitude and is very unhelpful. Her responses are either that she doesn't know, that she can't direct you to somebody who can and that the problem is not theirs. She is rude over the phone and on e-mail and has yet to assist me at all. <br> If there is any reason for me not competing in a warrior race again, this would be it.<br> <br> Warrior Race and SA Seeding should really consider hiring someone with more people skills in this position.<br> <br> We paid a lot of money for the race, so there is no need to be treated like sh*t!!!
