Refund and response

Hi<br> <br> A day before the race i contacted JP from Warriorfit and advised that i need to cancel as i cannot take part in the race as my father has passed on, and i need to attend the funeral, i received a response that someone would contact me regarding the cancellation, but they did not mention anything of a refund and no one ever contacted me, until i contacted them and that is when i asked Carli Swart for a refund, and she said straight no, how is that possible if i advised them before the race, also it was for 3 people not just one as it was my brother, brother in law and myself and we paid for the timing chips and did not collect and they wont refund that as well, pathetic service and they never respond, i am still waiting.<br> <br> Regards
