Deregister and refund

<p>Almost every time we register on the internet on SA Seeding it is a nightmare and the system is not user friendly. I completed a race but in the end my chip did not regiater for race completed. Then with the Jeep Warrior Race #8 of 2016 we had difficulty registering the team mebers and adding them to the team. With numerous emails back and forth and deregestering and adding team members again and trying to change payment options we were informwd that the batch ate full and our one team member can join a later batch wich totally defeats the purpose of teamwork. So we decided to cansel the race and I requested a refund. The reply was strictly mo refund or a refund by voucher for a next race. But do not want to do a next race due to the fact that it is a mission to sort out the logistics. So I am not very satisfied. I feel this is just another money making scheme in forcing people to pay with no refunds. Not a very good cuatomer service as well....very slow.</p>
