Pathetic and disappointing service!!!

Pathetic service!!! waited 1 and 30 minutes in the morning for a driver to take me home, then at 4:15pm they call me to say my car is ready I must come pick it up myself because they don't do picks up anymore!! I was not made aware of this new change by anyone. they don't even think that some of us have to go work night shift, if you call me at 4:15 pm saying I must pick up a car in Umhlanga when I'm coming from Glenwood and I still have to do night shift at 6:00pm!! that is pathetic service specially if I was not informed that they don't do pick ups anymore!!!
