Jeep wrangler not fit for sandton roads

I am writing this letter to make you aware of the fact that there is at least one seriously unhappy Jeep Wrangler owner out there, and my experiences with your “tough, authentic legend”, to quote from your own advertising copy does not match up to the hype.

I purchased the vehicle 4 years ago, and has driven it for a total of 97 000km. This does not seem like a lot, but that was because it spent the greater part of its life in a Jeep workshop.

The latest expensive catastrophe with the supposedly rugged transmission, is just the latest in a long line of breakdowns. (Complete gearbox failure 4 months after the motor plan expires at a cost in excess of R43 000)

In order to assist you, I have attached a detailed service history of said vehicle, as well as a link to your web-site, which tells people why they should consider buying a Jeep Wrangler. I’m interested to know if this adverti*****t sounds anything like the vehicle referred to in the service history document attached.
