Jeep Centurion Worst Experience Ever

Tuesday 1 October 2019 my Jeep Renegade went in for a routine service covered under our motor plan. I want to make clear, that my Jeep was working perfectly, and this was only a routine service. I got my Jeep back the same day. The next day I did not use the car, and then on the Thursday, I used the car to drive to a close by shop. When I got out of the shop and wanted to start the Jeep it would not start. Had to phone my husband to come and we realised that the battery was completely drained. When he opened the bonnet we also discovered that the covers that go over the battery and electrical part was completely missing. We also discovered a place piece of a handle/part placed in the back passenger door. We jump started the car, and then had to attend a funeral in Mpumalanga, struggling the entire day with jumper cables and embarrassment. After the funeral, I contacted Jeep Centurion when we returned and told them that this was completely unacceptable, the lady, committed to find out what took place during my service and to get back to me, which never took place. After another few phone calls from our side, Jeep Centurion finally agreed to replace the battery, but blamed the missing electrical cover on us and provided no explanation of the little part, of where it came from. It took them the entire day at Jeep, to replace the battery, and they did not check or provided an explanation of what is draining the battery and why the car did not recharge the battery even after driving a long distance. We also picked up that Jeep Centurion charged a front light that was not replaced. Although they claimed that through the motor plan, I still feel that it's not right to charge for something they did not do. Not sure what the next step is. I refuse to accept the service that we got. I need them to give me back my Jeep in the same condition that I booked it in for the service. I need them to see what is draining the power, I need them to replace the covers they removed, and I need to get clarification on where the loose handle/part is coming from, and if it's from our the Jeep they need to fix that too.
