Long fingers

I had to send my Jeep Rubicon in to the dealership due to a recall on some electric wire on the 8th of December 2021. I struggled to get them to confirm that my car was finished the afternoon and was only able to pick my vehicle up after 5pm - so they were all rushing for me to leave. Once I left the premises I pulled off the road and inspected the vehicle and its contents and noticed that my GPS (very old one) and a packet of cigarettes (Vogues - those slim ones) have been removed from my front and center consoles. Well since it was after 5 pm and everyone left as I was leaving there was no sense in returning that same day, so I phoned them the next morning to inform them about the situation which they could not believe. They said that they would look into it - and now, 2 months later and still no response. Yes, I know I should have removed all my belongings when I took it through to them, but for a little wire, that they could change in 30 minutes - they required the whole day to make sure they could ***** what they could.
