HORRIBLE SERVICE GRAND CENTRAL JEEP

i write this review because i am disappointed in what used to be one of the best dealerships. i bought a number of cars from them and serviced them with them because of the then great service. Jeep Grand Central has turned into a nightmare. the Service is pathetic. my car has been stuck with them since last Thursday. they say my warranty has expired a month ago and they have been requesting a goodwill warranty since last week. well and good but in all these days no one calls me. when you call you cant find them. they dont return calls. u r given scatchy messages about what is happening. this is a second time they are doing this. they say if i dont get approval it will cost R90k. they did the same thing with my.last car about a year ago. they said i would have to pay R70k to get the repairs done. when i said i would pay, they tried to corner me to getting a new.car. these dealerships need to be investigated
