Disappointed by the Service and Lack of Honesty
⭐️⭐️
My Alfa is back at the dealership again, and unfortunately, the experience today has left me extremely disappointed.
The car was towed in this morning. At approximately 07h30, I received my first call from the dealership asking what was wrong. I explained clearly that the issue was the battery.
Throughout the day, I received updates telling me that the battery was being tested. When I arrived back at the dealership this afternoon, I was advised that the battery had been tested, that testing was still ongoing, and that the battery had been placed on charge, along with various other explanations.
The problem is that I don't like being **** to.
Afterwards, I contacted my tracking company, who confirmed that the battery had never been disconnected.
If the battery was never disconnected, then I struggle to understand how the dealership could have carried out the testing and charging that I was told had taken place.
I can accept that cars have problems. I can accept that diagnosing a problem can take time. What I cannot accept is being given information that is not truthful.
I bought an Alfa because I expected a premium vehicle and, equally importantly, a premium level of service. At this point, the repeated problems with the car are frustrating enough, but being unable to trust what I am being told by the dealership makes the situation considerably worse.
I sincerely hope Alfa takes this matter seriously and addresses both the vehicle issues and the way customers are being communicated with.
