Starting to loose faith
<p>5 pairs of jeep shorts tearing in the same spot(corners of back pockets) within 3 months. That is R2000's worth of shorts. Very disgusted, going to have to start looking for a new clothing line</p>

It will be a pity to lose a loyal Jeep customer. As per our correspondence via e-mail over the past two weeks, you are only able to produce one of these 5 garments for assessment, which I have already advised you that I will be replacing(waiting for address from you to send replacement garment to). We stand by our product and go the extra mile for our customers but company policies requires that I have all 5 garments in question on hand for assessment to be of further assistance.

I have the 5th one and can almost certainly say that the rest except for the old one are all going to tear within the next week or two!
