Not as tough as i thought

I started with a new company just over 2 months ago and bought myself new work attire, including shoes. I opted for a pair of Jeep work shoes, as one would expect good quality of the brand and the price also confirmed it. After 2 months, the entire heel part of the sole came loose from the shoe. I had to flip-plop around the office the entire day, before I managed to have it repaired later that day. I also lodged a complaint on Jeeps clothing website, but have not received a reply in almost 2 weeks. The quality and lack of communication is not what one would expect of Jeep.
