JEEP SANDALS POOR QAULITY

I bought a pair of Jeep sandals last year Nov/Dec and as one would expect good quality of the brand and the price also confirmed it, but After 2 days of wearing it did the inner sole came loose from the sandal. <br> I took it back to have it exchanged in Dec, but was there no stock, I waited till late January to have it replaced<br> I again experience the same problem with the new set, <br> I then lodged a complaint on Jeeps clothing website, but have not received a reply since. I then started tracing their numbers and was I referred by JEEP HO in DBN to the manufacturer in JHB. I was helped by Reney and requested to to return the 2nd set back to Nathi at JEEP Kolonade which I did<br> It is now almost 5 weeks that I am awaiting feedback and a way forward to have the sandals sorted, but no joy<br> <br> The quality and lack of communication is not what one would expect of Jeep.<br> <br> I hope that I will get my sandals sorted before end of next week....!
