Jeep apparel poor quality

Jeep apparel has poor quality sneakers displayed on sales floor their customer service is just as poor I bought sneakers from jeep, they started peeling top (by the toes) after wearing them less than 5 times.

I drove to Jeep store more than 3 times, still could nit exchange and still haven't refunded me. They promised to fetch them from me, Im still waiting 4 days later The query has been ongoing since 4 weeks ago
