I will never support Jeep clothing ever again

My husband Ludwig has been supporting Jeep clothing for the past 15 years. This has come to a end and we wil not support Jeep clothing ever again after the service we received at Clear water Mall on Sunday the 1st of March 2020.

My husband got 3 Jeep shirts as a CHRISTMAS present from my brother-in law and unfortunately they did not fit. We stay on the East Rand and could not exchange the shirts reason being we do not go in that direction often.

We did eventually go visit my sister on Sunday and decided to go and hear for either refund or exchange. All three shirts had the tags on as well as bar codes we did not have a slip obviously it was a gift, but all the info and tags and bar codes was attached to the shirts.

The salesperson just kept saying oh he cant help us without even attempting to go on the system to even look if he can do something to help us.

I am really disgraced that a Brand named company like Jeep just has no interest in customer service I will definitely never buy or support Jeep company again
