Faulty Shoe's

So I went to Edgars 3 weeks ago and saw a lovely pair of light brown boots made by Jeep even though they where expensive I tried them on and they felt great so decided to buy them.

2 Days later they started to look bit ugly / dirty so I bought light brown shoe polish and gave them a proper polish.

They turned dark brown !!!

So i thought might be just wet left them over night and guess what still dark brown.

They stayed dark brown except at the front where it bents it went an off yellow colour.

I took them to a leather shopr and they advised I send them back.

So took them to edgars told them what happened and what happened they agreed that is not correct and they would get a Jeep Rep to have a look.

So after constant me phoneing them they don't phone me the F***king Rep tells me I bought in the wrong shoes that the shoe's I bought was light brown and these are dark brown NO **** why do think I am returing them , They tell me I have either the wrong box or bought back old shoe's!!!!

What the hell those shoes got worn for a week they are not old at all!!!

Jeep has terrible customer support and I'll never ever buy from them again

Everybody be warned
