Disgusting Customer Service

The worst online shopping experience ever ! Nothing seamless when dealing with this incomptenent group. Received the incorrect item not once but twice, both items since collected by Jeep but still waiting for my refund. Promised today that a manager would call me .... still waiting. Consultant just responds with an automated email response saying the matter has been escalated, refuses to provide a manager's name, contact number or email address. Absolutely appalling service !!!
