Bad service, Jeep VaalMall

I went to Jeep Vaalmall on Thursday 11th of June, looking for a snow jacket since i work in Lesotho. THey had a jacket on special for R1700(original price R2300). I told the sales person i want the jacket and will be back, i was back the very next day. The very next day i was told special is over, why didnt they tell me the sale ends the previous day? I asked for a manager, but my request was ignored. I feel this is very poor service, and they should have given me the discount.
