This estate agent does not pay back your deposite

Gave one month's notice where I was living. Moved out on 1 April 2016. Today is the 14th of April 2016 and I still have not received my deposit back. Juanita dodges my calls, whatsapp messages and emails. Before this it was just one story after another. Please do NOT use this estate agency.
