Deposit not paid back

This people do not pay back your deposit. 2 Weeks after moving into this house, the pool broke (It was a plastic pool made with plastic uses in fish ponds!) 3 months later it still wasn't fixed. I asked for statements so I can pay Water and Electricity and the only reply I received was that they don't send out statement and I must pay what I think is right. I gave them one calendar's month notice and moved. Its now 3 months and still no payback.
