SHOCKING, DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I contacted Jeauval Hair Salon yesterday morning and asked for a price for a cut and blow dry for an 11 year old girl - the price given was R262, so I booked for that afternoon. We arrived at the salon and my daughter was taken through to have her hair washed. At this time I popped to the shop across the way, on returning the receptionist approached me and TOLD me that the price had been incorrectly quoted and the cost was R484 (R222 more than what was quoted). Half way through the appointment I could hardly just leave - so I suggested they honour the quotation and I would know for next time - as Jeauval has zero customer service or just do not know what customer service is all about they said no. I find their attitude appalling and added to this they are actually a complete *******.
