Disgusting, unprofessional, rude, and careless

i went to Ricky for the full works. Firstly he cut my hair , it was a disaster, wanted Victoria Becham, but he cut the full front of the fringe away. The worse is he definitly left the bleach on for much to long, as my hair turned snow white, i have got dark brown hair and normally go a nice blond, my hair started breaking, he never even apologized, just argued, i didn't even asked for money back, think i should have, i insisted on a treatment, which the salon gave me without him been there. now i have to cut my hair short, as it broke to the roots at most places, others broke short, i cant do anything with it... you will think a salon that charge you almost R2000 will be good, i have learned not to read a book by its cover.... i'm devastated. This only counts for this guy, Ricky.... they called him, he said he is home it was early, and he is with his family now, i asked him, " are you saying you don't care if my hair break to the roots? and he answered, no i don't care, my family is more important than you" my heart is broken as a woman's hair is her pride.
