Bad Customer Experience

Jeanelle Granite 171 lanham st. East Lynne Pretoria We went to the store to order granite and already we got the feeling of not been welcomed (because we are not white) by the lady doing quotes but because the receptionist was kind we stayed and made a full payment on the spot. But when the people came to install they said our cupboard needs to be replaced cause the granite won't hold,which we understood and replaced. They gave us a referral for the cupboard and we used that person. NOW when they came the second time cupboard is installed they said they don't know how to switch off the water so they can't install mind you the cupboard guy came to install cupboards and managed to switch of the water, i understand that maybe they really don't know but the was no effort to try and figure out how to switch of the water and then the decided to leave and not install because of that. Even worse when we call the store to communicate our frustration we were told that we don't know what we talking about. We paid and didn't waste time but we are treated like nothing the people there a rude and unfriendly. This was the worst customer experience I've had!
