Jean pierre **********

I purchased a Jean Pierre royal hair straightener in May 2019 with the false promise of a "lifetime warranty". Only for it to seize working three months down the line. I live over 80km away from the Pavillion but drove there inorder to have this straightener replaced. It was successfully replaced but four months later, this one's stops heating as well. Once again we drive to Pavillion only to be told the Jean Pierre has been discontinued. And we must may in R500 for another straightener with the same supposedly "life time warranty". Alternatively pay R1000 to have the current one repaired. It is frustrating and disappointing to think people can be so dishonest and have no integrity. We have been **** to from the sales consultants to their customer care. It's pathetic that this company and their representatives are still in operation considering their dishonesty. ********** to say the least!
