Customer service issue

I've have been trying to contact the salon to get my ceramic replaced. When I on the site I fill my details and send a message with my complaint but no response. Does anyone know what I can do or where I can go. The last time I had an issue the was a Royal show happening in PMB and they had a stall up. I enquired with the people at that stall and they advised me to bring my ceramic through to them. They replaced it with no hassle. I need the ceramic changed again what do I do now. I ain't paying for this to be fixed.
