Jean Pierre - total **** Bought the product at the Decorex so I thought it was a reputable company - don't be fooled!! None of the sales pitch proved true, no returns policy, no courier to fetch item from you, no landline to get hold of company. Internet advertising looks very professional but don't get caught. The only reason i was able to get my money back and return the product (which i had to deliver to a receptionist at a spa facility 20kms away!) was that I got the sales manager and the consumer marketing manager from Decorex involved. They put me in touch with the owner and i cced them on each communication. I wasn't going to go away. What I've written is a loooong story cut very very short. All in all, do not do it!
