Jean Pierre hair products - No guarantee!

i purchased a hair brush from this supplier from the rand easter show. The hair brush cost 3800! I was told that it was an international product, with a lifetime warranty. I was also told that there was a retailer- stockist in menlyn.

less than a week after purchase, the cable malfunctioned ( it sparked). I then tried to find the gauteng retailer, and failed. I then found out that the gauteng retailer had closed down!. The only retailer was in kwazulu natal. I tried calling them, and have received no response. I emailed them almost 3 weeks ago, and am still waiting for a response.

It seems that the product is inferior quality, and there is ZERO after sales support. I would not reccommend that somebody purchases any of their products.
