Jean Pierre Hair Faux company perhaps?

I have placed and order on this company via their website www.jeanpierrehair.com on 10 May 2019. It said that the order will be shipped shortly. To date and despite me following up ( the email address does not work!!) and the phone number goes unanswered, I have not received any response and I doubt it if I will ever see the goods ordered. I am doubting if this is a legitimate company!!
