Extremely poor workmanship and service

I had two new installations done by Jean of Snowflake. The workmanship is shoddy to the extreme. One air-conditioner has failed after just two weeks. The unit is fine but the installation leaks. He never used new brackets as quoted for. He used the old pipes which has caused this failure. Her has promised 4 times to return and fix the problem but never pitches to his appointment. There is always another excuse. Stay as far away from this company as you can.
