Jean Fleurie / JBL Construction part 2

This is a follow-up to my previous report which should be read first.<br> <br> We were eventually forced to pay Jean in full despite the work being incomplete, just to get our keys and get into our house. At least he offered that we can keep some retention on my in-laws' house where he was also working, but that was probably strategic since their job is much smaller, leaving us little to hold onto in relation to the work.<br> <br> Met to discuss the snags and incomplete work. He agreed to minor things, but the serious stuff he just shrugged his shoulders clearly unwilling to do anything about it. Jean then proceeded to make all kinds of threats, amongst them that he will \make it so unpleasant for me in that house that I will just want to run away". He made all kinds of vague statements about things that could \""hypothetically\"" happen to me in future etc. I have a witness who can testify to this.<br> <br> I gave Jean a bit more than 2 weeks to fix the snags etc"
