Example: quoted to build water feature but didn't include waterproofing!<br> Disregards all agreed deadlines & completion dates. Numerous times agreed to finish within a week and then only brings one labourer to site every day instead of the workforce required to achieve target.<br> Eventually decided to save ourselves the trouble and pay to get rid of him.
