JBL construction / Jean Fleurie

Be so careful when getting a quote from Jean. He will promise you top service and great workmanship. After receiving his deposit he will very active to make a good first impression, he will then request the next payment and this is where this will go south quick. The lies that this guy comes up with is beyond believe, he has an excuse for everything that goes wrong and blames it on his sub contractors. His plumber and electrician showed up at my house demanding money and told me that Jean said that he has not been paid by me. After showing both the plumber and electrician all the payments made to Jean they knew that he was avoiding them to not pay them for their services. The renovations at my place was suppose to take 3-4 weeks as per Jean, 12 weeks later and he ran from the site without the work being completed. Don't be stupid and fall for this guy's sales pitches... You will lose money and have terrible building quality! Stay away!!!!
