Pick up and droff off zone

I have never trolerated such mannerism from car guards in my whole life.

I was dropped off at the entrance of Pick n Pay this evening by an uber driver, comes a car guard and tells him that is not a drop off point and must drop me in the parking lott, so the uber drivers asks him he must park nd drop someone off and still leave after it doesnt make sense. So i ask the man hows that possible and he tell me the centre management has told him so. I let that go and go do my shopping, i come out as per usual waiting for my uber, now the car guard tells his manager in there language that i am waiting for an a cab, this guy comes nd shouts at me his name is Thomas and the car guard is Owen. So i ask him to show me a sign in the mall that states that where drop off or pick up zone is at. But with fail no signs arounds so he carries on shouting, i tell him that is not the approperate way to talk to a shopper and all i aked were signs he tell me he will kick me out of the mall which i then ask does now the mall belong him, this transpired into allot of arguement bt with threats from the security parking people. I was told that in Jean Crossing Mall the taxi or cabs are not allowed and i would be banned from the mall. I would like to ask two questions, is this how the management of Jean Crossing has intructed there security car guards to be rude, unmannered, talk to anyone in anyway they feel, ban people from shopping from the centre, tell people what to do meanwhile there are no signs of this nature in the mall??? I was later on told that whether i am white or black the rules are rules but there are no signs of this nature. When my driver arrived he was intimidated by Owne the car guard and they got into an arguement. Owen told me that i am banned from the mall i am amused by this gesture to astonishment of my disbelief to be banned by a car guard at a mall. He took pictures of the uber ride i drove in.

I need to understand and need an appology very soon and straighten your car guard he even made an example that one woman complained just like me and was banned from the mall. In my language "ANDOTHUSWA ZINYOKA EZIFILEYO" - MEANING IN DIRECT TRANSLATION: "i am not scared of dead snakes"... Jean Crossing Management please deal with this before i go to social media which means ur security undermines and does not have manners for customers and believe me i will also take this further.
